Deborah C. Anthony, President

deb1Deborah C. Anthony is from the South Side of Chicago. Deborah graduated from DeVry University, Chicago, Illinois with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Operation. Deborah has worked in the manufacturing industry for over 10 years in various management roles. She received her Master of Business Administration from Saint Xavier University, Chicago, Illinois. Deborah has had a passion for young ladies for over 12 years.

Tonica A. Boyd, Vice President

tonica-franklin-boydTonica A. Boyd is a native Chicagoan. Tonica graduated from Northern Illinois University, DeKalb, IL, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Family and Individual Development. She received her Master of Social Work from Jane Addams College of Social Work, University of Illinois at Chicago. Her secular profession is social work. She currently is a Multi-systemic Therapist working with families and youth with antisocial behaviors. Tonica has had the pleasure of working with individuals, children, and families within various communities for nine years.

Tarcia R. Leak, Director of Programs

tarciaTarcia R Leak was born in Vicksburg, Mississippi and raised in Chicago, Illinois. Tarcia lives with her husband and daughter. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Tarcia is currently employed with the University of Illinois as an Account Manager for the Department of Medicine where she oversees the finances of over fifty physicians. Tarcia also has a small business of her own, (Quality Billing Resolutions) that she building and soon to pursue her Masters Degree. She also is a devoted member of Christian Life Center located in Tinley Park, IL.

Marquece Holifield, Administrator

marqueceMarquece Holifield was born in Lincoln, Illinois and raised on south side of Chicago. Marquece lives with her husband and four children in Evergreen Park, Illinois. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from University of Illinois at Chicago. Marquece has worked in Higher Education for the past eight years. She currently employed with DePaul University as a Business and Systems Coordinator where she oversees finances for four areas, student development and training, marketing campaigns and strategic planning in the Office of Academic Enhancement while teaching freshmen seminar classes with First-Year programs office. She is currently pursuing her Masters Degree in Human Services and Counseling at DePaul University.
Marquece has mentored and educated young women for over ten years. She has a heart and passion for teaching young women to discover who they are as a woman and in God. Marquece passion and commitment for teaching young women developed during her personal journey of self discovery where God gave her the skills and tools to empower, inspire, and teach, young women to trust God while on their journey to destiny.
